With a very long history, since 22 years, SIA (Subaru of Indiana Automotive) is one of the best US carmakers company.

After adopt the japanese Toyota made kaizen, SIA turn kaizen to green kaizen, or pushing green. Since 2002, it's performing to be the nation's first zero-landfill car factory, meant recycling or composting 98 percent of the plant's waste.
